It is really a learning experience and over the years working out what works for each couples and families can be different 

I have found that if I am OK, calm then my family is too ( but that can put a lot of pressure on ourselves when we don't feel 100 percent)

Thanks so much to all of you for your kind words. It just helps to know that I am not the only one going through something like this, I will check out the links, and I encourage anyone to contact the carer gateway as I have done earlier this year, they were very supportive.💜👍

Well 2 years on and doing my best..working full time isn’t helping hubby as having trouble coping with my hours…had breast cancer last year…I feel my life is spiralling out of control

I'm sorry that you feel life is spiralling out of control. Do you have any supports you can turn to at this time?

It's so important that you have someone to chat you. As much as they may not be able to give you a solution, knowing someone cares can make all the difference.

Hey @Tootsy just a lil tip, if you want other members to be notified that you've responded, you can tag them - use the @ symbol and a drop down will appear, and you can choose their name. If their name isn't there, you can type it out and it should then appear for you to select, and it will show up in blue, like this: @Shaz51
