For me I got a link to voice diagnostic software that can discern weakness and potential disease in the body. You record your voice on the computer and it does an analysis and instantly spits out results.
Bioenergetics is becoming more and more mainstream but until now was unaccessible to me. I now know what is weak in my body systems and how to address it. Have been invited to a free promotional webinar from that company on how to build energy in the body. Won't take it any further as they have people coach you to wellness which is where you have to pay financial outlays
Have also came across a surprising medicinal drink, its a type of mushroom that tastes like coffee. I bought a small size to give it a try but think it will become a part of my wellness routine. Am learning to make icecream out of this medicinal drink as well as a type of herbed coconut milk beverage out of it with froth on top
