they have changed my sleeping meds @outlander They don't work as well as the others did but for my bp I need to try and not take the old ones. 

The other night i was up to 3am. I hope its not like that again tonight

That really sucks @Snowie hopefully your not up to late though. If these meds dont work maybe the pdoc can have a look at something else more suitable or increase the dose for you?

I think i might need to talk to them about it. Ive gone from sleeping really well to nothing. Its frustrating. Hoping pdoc comes in tomorrow so i can talk to them about it.

Good idea @Snowie good sleep to now nothing isnt very good. Hopefully theyll give you something better.

Im okish just tired, and my reflux is really bad,cant do much about it till im home and can take my meds to help it abit. Mum should be home within the next hour and then another 20 min to get home
