hi my dear friend @Shaz51 you are so generous with your time speaking with me. 

you have an amazing heart, i am ok, i have had a good day, well sort of, mum drilled through my hand in the garden, we where putting up some screening and silly me had my hand in the wrong spot. 

my partner is ok, im trying to support her as best i can and giving her all the love and respect i can. trying to rebuild her self worth and self esteem. i think im slowly getting there 🙂

yes im fine, it was my fault, i was not watching where i had my hand, im fine, all bandaged up. well a little sore 🙂 i will make sure my hand is out of the road next time. lesson learned

my partners daughter is going through a rough time, she keeps saying everyone hates her, she becomes so distressed, we are trying to get her help, i hope it is soon enough. my partner is really struggling feeling she is a bad mum. she loves her girls so so much.

try to reassure your partner that she is a good mum and being ther for her

I know it is hard as we have our own worries too

Her daughter is 10, she is so distressed, she is swearing, saying horrible things to her mum and sister. It is really brining my partner down
